Navigating the Go-Live Process in VX

Vision VX uses a a meticulously orchestrated process that seamlessly integrates sales representatives, sales enablement teams, and the prowess of Affinity X Digital through Titan.

The entire go-live process unfolds entirely within VX, eliminating the need to venture into external systems or forms.

1. Campaign Details and Sold Order Forms Complete

Sales users initiate the process by meticulously completing campaign details and sold order forms within Vision VX. This step serves as the foundational groundwork, ensuring that all the essential information is accurately captured.

2. Submitted to Billing:

Following the completion of campaign details and sold order forms, sales users take the next stride by submitting the finalized details to Sales Enablement through the Submit to Billing step. This action marks the transition from the preparatory phase to the activation stage.

3. Orders and Ads Created in Finance System

Sales Enablement takes center stage, utilizing the details submitted to create orders and ads within the finance system. Platforms like Phoenix, AdBase, or AdPoint become the canvas for translating the envisioned campaign into tangible entities within the financial landscape.

4. Order Pushed to Titan via Final Submit

With a comprehensive overview of the campaign details confirmed in Vision VX, Sales Enablement proceeds to push the order to Titan through the final Submit Order step. This critical juncture serves as the bridge between VX's interface and Titan's fulcrum for campaign fulfillment.

5. Titan Order Created and Scheduled

Once the order lands in Titan's domain, the seasoned campaign managers at Affinity X Digital kick into action. They meticulously set up the campaign, ensuring that all elements align for a seamless go-live experience on the scheduled start date. Any additional information required from Affinity X is seamlessly communicated via email, fostering collaboration with sales representatives.

6. Order Goes Live

After all these steps have been completed, the campaign receives the green light to go live on the scheduled start date.

7. Order Status Updated in Vision VX

The order status within Vision VX undergoes a dynamic update, reflecting the culmination of efforts and the commencement of the live campaign.
